i2rA with Aluminium vacuum solution
Thei2rA AR SF CNC router systems can be set up with our well-tested vacuum solutions. In this case, the i2rA CNC router was set up with a 1.5kW vacuum pump and a 400 x 300mm Aluminium vacuum table.
Vacuum holding down through MDF
The vacuum pump holds the Aluminium sheet down through the MDF under layer. The result is the ability to overcut into the MDF to ensure all the stock has been machine through. This results in a blemish-free vacuum table surface.
