Micron Tolerance

Micron tolerance refers to a manufacturing precision standard in which the allowable variation in dimensions or measurements is controlled within a range of micrometres (microns). A micron, or micrometre (µm), is one-millionth of a meter (0.000001 m) or one-thousandth of a millimetre (0.001 mm), making it an extremely small unit of measure used in high-precision industries.
