We currently offer the 750W HF spindle options for the Mill-it-Mini. This is the best spindle for weight and performance balance. The spindle has a non linear torque curve - giving it very good power down as low as 12,000 RPM..

You cannot compare this to other brushed spindle systems as you will lose up to 50% of the power in the brush / commutator system. if you are looking at a brushed alternative with “more power” remember to look for the “effective power” of the spindle a not just its spec plate power draw.

This HF spindle is a three phase AC TEKNO spindle and as a result is extremely efficient and runs via a single phase to three phase inverter.

The collet system is an ER20 collet snout where typically we specify grade AA - where the runout is <0.005mm.
