Chinese machine setup

We were asked to set up and commission a Chinese machine that had been purchased independently of us and the customer was not able to set the machine up on his own.

We finalised the wiring of the system and set up the machine on Mach3, carried out a drive tune up and calibrated the axes to ensure maximum accuracy from the system.

Machine spec

The machine had a very over-specced drive system given the machine frame design. The power supplies were very large and there was no “No volt -release” on the system to manage the powering up and down of the machine. However – in the end, a working CNC machine system was established.
